Mr. Milando is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience at Stanley Black & Decker. He Co-led the $8.5B integration of the Stanley and Black & Decker. Prior to this, he was Vice President-Global Operations where he demonstrated the ability to be a global thought leader in manufacturing, injection molding, distribution and logistics. He was Vice President of Global Sourcing where he was successful in driving consistent year over year cost savings. He holds a B.S., Accounting & Business Administration from Towson University; an MBA, concentration in Finance from Loyola University.
