Mr. Golchha, has 25 years of experience as a plastics engineer and in plastic processing and manufacturing. He previously owned his own plastics injection molding operations for sixteen years. Specializing in medical plastic molded devices with high tolerance measurements techniques. SPC analysis, ISO QMS and EMS expertise. He more recently gained experience with bio resins and leads the production team in molding of parts using bio resins.
